So far, this month has been pretty interesting (by my standards at least.) On the 7th, I had an appointment at the French Consulate in San Francisco (because you have to apply for a visa in PERSON in SAN FRANCISCO) which meant that my dad and I had little room for mistakes. Most of the way through our appointment we found out that we didn't have the correct proof of insurance... Luckily, the Consulate was nice enough to allow us to fax them the correct proof the next day. I am beginning the count down until I leave the country (for my first time and alone) on September 1st.
If anyone happens to know what I NEED to take overseas (clothes/ styles/ gift for host family/ soccer cleats/ etc.) you can comment below and it would be greatly appreciated.
